Every year the Tempe Rotary Clubs organize a card board boat race on Tempe Town
Lake. This year was the 9th annual race and dozens of teams competed.
Girl scout troop 1386 was sponsored by Patrick Walsh. If you look closely you can see his name on the middle panel!
